Beschreibung

• Design and develop shared backend services and APIs used by product teams • Work with product teams and business stakeholders to identify platform limitations and deliver user-impacting improvements • Build and operate robust, reliable systems with a strong focus on correctness • Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code across the stack • Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical excellence • Collaborate on system design, technology-stack decisions, and platform boundaries • Optimize systems for scalability, performance, and maintainability • Guide technical direction on major initiatives such as migrations and platform capabilities • Mentor team members • Improve processes, tools, and team practices through collaboration and innovation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role with a clear backend focus • Comfortable working in a modern React/TypeScript codebase • Experience with functional programming concepts or languages • Strong understanding of type systems, composition, testing, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture • Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications, and code • Familiarity with Golang, React/TypeScript, Python, ML models, MySQL, F#, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and GitHub CI/CD • Familiarity with distributed systems, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure is nice to have • Experience with ERP systems, finance, procurement, or supply chain processes is nice to have • Background in platform, infrastructure, or developer experience teams is nice to have • Experience with large-scale migrations or incremental modernization is nice to have • German language skills are nice to have
