Beschreibung

• Own the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end platform capabilities across frontend, backend, and data layers • Make architectural decisions and drive best practices across the engineering team • Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions • Drive innovation through AI integration • Improve engineering workflows • Ensure platform capabilities translate into tangible product value

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience in full stack development using React, Next.js (App Router), Node.js, and TypeScript • Proven expertise in frontend architecture, including SSR, ISR, caching, and performance optimisation • Strong backend development experience building REST APIs and backend-for-frontend (BFF) services • Experience designing and managing PostgreSQL databases, schemas, and performance tuning • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and deployment tooling (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub) • Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and distributed systems • Experience implementing authentication and authorisation models (e.g. Auth0, RBAC) • Strong experience with modern UI frameworks, including Tailwind, component libraries, and design systems • Strong experience integrating third-party services and enterprise platforms • Understanding of security best practices, secrets management, and compliance requirements • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Strong commercial experience in full stack software engineering is essential • A degree in Computer Science or related discipline is advantageous but not required • Candidates must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks required • UK Security Clearance required
