Beschreibung

• Write well-tested, maintainable software supporting patient safety and clear audit trails • Take complex problems from rough briefs through shipped features • Build accessible, performant user interfaces for complex clinical workflows • Use and shape the GraphQL API • Reduce technical debt and improve reliability and platform maturity • Partner with Product, Design, clinical teams, and engineers • Review pull requests, share knowledge, and participate in engineering tech co-operatives • Explore and apply AI tooling for writing, debugging, and prototyping in a regulated context

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep production React expertise, including ecosystem knowledge, state management, performance optimisation, and scale • Commitment to accessible, intuitive interfaces for patients and clinicians • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup or scale-up • Full-stack thinking, including schema design and full-system data performance • Track record of breaking down vague problems, making pragmatic trade-offs, and shipping reliably • Ability to write clear compliant documentation • Habit of improving code quality, test coverage, and codebase health • 5–7 years of frontend engineering experience • Experience building software under clinical risk with strict rigour and traceability habits • Experience with design systems alongside product designers • Hands-on GraphQL experience, including queries, fragments, and client-side caching such as Apollo • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required for all roles • Mobile development experience with React Native or cross-platform development (not a must have) • Prior work under IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or MDR/IVDR (not a must have)
