Beschreibung

• Own features from conception through deployment across frontend, backend, and everything in between • Design and build scalable APIs, data models, and backend services • Build polished, performant user interfaces • Collaborate with product and design to shape what the company builds • Set technical standards and contribute to architectural decisions • Participate in code reviews and help grow the engineering team • Identify and proactively resolve performance, reliability, and security issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fullstack ownership • Proficiency across modern frontend and backend technologies, including React and Node.js/TypeScript • Track record of shipping production-quality software in fast-moving, post-Series A environments • Strong product instincts and user-focused thinking • Comfort with ambiguity and making decisive technical choices without a perfect specification • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate trade-offs clearly • Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines • Bonus: experience with AI/LLM-powered products • Bonus: background in B2B SaaS or conversational/voice interfaces • Bonus: experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
