Beschreibung

• Install, service, and maintain laundry dosing and pump systems across care home sites • Diagnose and repair basic electrical and mechanical faults • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive support • Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and company policies • Provide excellent customer service while minimising disruption in care environments • Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities • Work closely with wider Blueleaf customer support teams • Respond to emergency repairs outside standard working hours when required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Electrically competent, with basic knowledge of circuits, fault-finding, and safety (desirable but not essential) • Familiarity with pumps, dosing systems, or mechanical equipment (desirable but not essential) • Able to travel across the Surrey region, with occasional overnight stays if required • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently • Strong communicator with good customer service skills • Willingness to learn; full product training and support provided • Full UK driving licence (essential) • Electrical/electromechanical background or qualification (preferred) • Previous experience in a service/field engineer role (desirable but not essential) • Flexibility to respond to emergency repairs outside standard working hours • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
