Beschreibung

• Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management software solutions for customers • Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions according to customer requirements and business processes • Lead solution design, including construction and validation tasks and timelines • Conduct or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases • Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction and time to value • Assess business needs outside the standard solution or scope, integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps • Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects • Communicate customer-specific product functionality and enhancement needs to PMG and PD • Assist the support services group with support cases when not working on implementation projects • Serve as functional liaison among customer contacts, project managers, technical consultants, and third-party consultants

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of specific experience working within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management Systems preferred • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading Transportation Management Solutions may be considered • Customer-facing experience leading requirements gathering, software solution formulation, and stakeholder persuasion • Strong business analysis skills • Understanding and usage of statistical algorithms • Knowledge of inventory optimization concepts • Awareness of tactical planning across the overall supply chain • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive audiences • Basic Excel skills, including data cleansing and pivot tables • Ability to read and execute simple SQL queries preferred • Ability to qualify for SF85P public trust security clearance, depending on assignment • Ability to clear a background check and drug test, provide fingerprints, and provide a photocopy of a US passport or birth certificate, depending on assignment • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred • Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree
