Beschreibung

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects. • Work with Solution Advisors on building software and advisory services pipeline in the Hardlines and Softlines industry verticals • Lead the blueprinting / high level design phase of projects at key Hard Lines customers - business process, key design decisions and enterprise architecture • Build and present recommendations for customer leadership, ensuring insights are grounded in data and aligned with customer business goals. • Support team leadership in shaping engagement strategy, deliverable quality, and client communications. • Participate in thought leadership efforts, including market research, internal frameworks, and executive-ready content. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solution rollouts and strategic initiatives. • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and industry insights. • Ensure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years’ combined experience within a Tier 1 Retail organization (Hardlines and/or Softlines) and / or management consulting supporting retail customers • Experience having both operated within and transformed core business processes, including managing teams that execute day‑to‑day operations and contributing to the design or improvement of those processes within a Tier 1 retail organization • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to influence C-Level Executives and proven experience as a ‘trusted advisor’ • Strong process modeling skills • Proven track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives and projects across Retail Hardlines and/or Softlines industries
