Beschreibung

• Design solutions matched with each client’s specific business needs and situation • Engage with client and internal business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver business value • Work with Solution Architects to understand and deliver data requirements • Communicate methods for importing, exporting, and transforming data across Merch Ops and related solutions • Deliver design documentation • Lead and communicate integration and technical architecture decisions between Merch Ops and Blue Yonder and third-party applications • Model positive interactions with internal Blue Yonder groups and serve as a key contact for Merch Ops technical and functional discussions • Provide oversight and mitigation for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer escalations • Interact directly with Merch Ops customers to understand processes, functions, and integrations • Drive customer stabilization and high customer satisfaction (CSAT) • Provide end-to-end enterprise solution knowledge across the supply chain suite • Guide Root Cause Analysis to reduce recurring incidents • Participate in organizational initiatives and management-led efforts • Assist with benchmarking and sizing exercises • Conduct technical analysis sessions and develop technical solutions • Provide technical support including design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, testing, and programming • Provide technical expertise on development projects and ensure issue resolution • Communicate work status appropriately with Blue Yonder Management • Refine and define project technical requirements and estimate project timelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant discipline • 5+ years of experience implementing, designing, or developing PMM or Merch Ops solutions, or similar solutions • In-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and technical architectures • Coding skills in PL/SQL • Oracle database skills • Linux batch scripting • Integration Build using API/JSON and flat files • Batch schedule planning • Knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management • Experience understanding and integrating data between numerous Supply Chain and Merchandising applications • Excellent computer skills • In-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, integration, cloud, middleware technologies, and applications • Either NextGen/SaaS technology skills, including Azure, M&D, SaaS/DevOps concepts, or engineering/development skills with the ability to drill deep into Merch Ops code • Basic knowledge of the Customer Support function, preferably in Supply Chain Execution/3PL • Basic knowledge of React and Node.js is an asset
