Beschreibung

• Own and lead paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels • Determine budget allocation, campaign structure, audience targeting, creative angles, and investment opportunities • Balance short-term performance with building a scalable acquisition engine • Monitor performance with Media Analysts, identify trends, diagnose problems, and make decisions to improve efficiency and growth • Analyze the broader customer journey, including landing pages, conversion rates, offers, pricing, checkout, creative, retention, and post-purchase behavior • Develop testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, offers, messaging, campaign structures, and other growth levers • Evaluate experiments based on business impact and apply learnings to future strategy • Partner with Creative Strategists to identify opportunities and translate performance data into creative briefs • Own client relationships, lead strategic conversations, present insights, and explain recommendations • Identify opportunities across channels, audiences, offers, creative, funnels, and acquisition strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field • Significant experience managing e-commerce clients is required • Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok • Additional platform experience such as Snapchat or X is valuable • Experience managing significant advertising budgets • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth • Strong understanding of funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition economics, and e-commerce metrics • Experience with creative testing, offer testing, and landing page or funnel optimization • Experience working closely with Creative, Analytics, Growth, or other cross-functional teams • Strong client-facing and presentation skills • Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Fluent spoken and written English
