Beschreibung

• Provides support and service for BMO’s Investment Operations function • Executes Investment product and service processes in accordance with financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines • Provides team trading support on heavy trade days, including Asset Mix • Supports team members with daily tasks and the Operations team when issues arise • Creates trade files and submits them to Fund SERV • Communicates with internal business partners and external customers regarding standard and non-standard inquiries • Follows documented policies and procedures to execute transactions and meet Service Level Agreements • Checks and reconciles information and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Processes transactions and services accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory and risk controls • Provides advice and guidance to assigned business groups on solution implementation • Supports strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses issues • Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Gathers and formats data for regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Supports change management, including execution and sustainment activities • Resolves standard issues and escalates non-routine issues to senior team members or the manager • Contributes to continuous improvement of business processes and procedures • Participates in planning, testing, and implementation of projects and new or revised products, services, or processes • Collaborates on new processes and systems and improvements to existing systems and processes • Supports tool development and training delivery • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Maintains understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Works mostly independently and performs other assigned accountabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls • In-depth knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business • Good prioritization skills • In-depth customer service skills • In-depth PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth influence skills
