Beschreibung

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed assigned sales targets compliantly • Create demand for BMS medicines by presenting balanced clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients • Maintain and grow scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans • Use CE^3 to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans • Present approved scientific information to healthcare providers and conduct in-office presentations such as lunch and learns • Organize external speaker programs, including speaker selection, scheduling, and logistics • Maintain working expertise on emerging data for approved indications • Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries • Collaborate with other field teams to deliver the best customer experience • Gather and share customer insights internally with appropriate stakeholders • Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse • Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to physicians • Experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and customer influence networks • Oncology experience preferred • Strong account management skills and superior selling competencies • Proven sales performance track record meeting or exceeding goals • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally • Strong selling and promotional skills with a performance track record • Ability to drive business results and understand business and market drivers • Experience identifying, engaging, and cultivating customer credibility across the patient care journey • Understanding of the patient journey and patient-focused mindset • Excellent communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical data • Strong learning mindset and passion for science • Ability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data • Ability to segment HCPs and tailor communication and product presentations • Ability to use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning • Competency with CE^3 and software or CRM tools for compliant data management and engagement planning • Ability to use Medical on Call technology, internet, and online resources • Strong business acumen, integrity, and judgment • At least 21 years of age • Driver’s license in good standing issued by state of residence • Acceptable driving risk level as determined by the company
