Beschreibung

• Lead strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of B2B sourcing products on Monster • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development through go-to-market execution and continuous improvement • Work cross-departmentally to develop, launch, test, and roll out new capabilities across the organization • Apply B2B customer and employer needs to product planning and execution for complex product lines • Define the B2B roadmap across the native platform and HR technology ecosystem integrations • Conduct discovery with customer-facing teams, customers, and HR partners • Optimize onboarding, customer touchpoints, integrations, and partner strategies to improve adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and retention • Lead a cross-functional agile product squad with engineering, design, and business partners • Define product epics and requirements and maintain prioritization frameworks • Lead go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations • Design and execute A/B and multivariate experimentation programs • Report product performance, roadmap progress, and key risks or dependencies to leadership • Identify and shape new product opportunities based on market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in B2B HR technology, sourcing or enterprise SaaS preferred • Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives across complex ecosystems and shipping major products and services at scale • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, Figma, Looker, Mixpanel, and experimentation frameworks • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to balance rapid execution, customer impact, and long-term innovation • Ability to convert ambiguous goals into concrete plans • Ability to synthesize customer, sales, support, analytics, and engineering context into priorities and requirements • Track record of rapidly shipping, measuring, and improving products • Ability to make progress with incomplete data, process, or ownership • Experience following work through launch and post-launch adoption, measurement, fixes, and cleanup • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Experience engaging senior leadership, customers, and external partners • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills • Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology related field is listed as good to have, not required • Full-time residency in one of the listed U.S. states or territories
