Beschreibung

• Call and email school contacts to introduce Book Blast and schedule presentations with school leadership and high-level influencers at the school • Confirm attendance, send calendar invites, and handle reschedules with speed and care • Encourage principal participation and ensure the right stakeholders are in the room • Log activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot with complete and timely data • Follow compliant outreach practices that respect school policies and student privacy • Share insights from conversations to improve messaging and lists • Special projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1+ year of outbound phone-based inside sales experience with consistent activity • Clear, warm communication and active listening skills • Strong organization, and follow-through • Comfort using CRM tools such as HubSpot and calendar tools like Zoom • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Coachable mindset with openness to call reviews and feedback • Experience Remote working: 1 year (Preferred) • Outbound B2B sales: 1 year (Required) • Experience calling into K-8 schools (Preferred) • Familiarity with objection handling in busy school environments (Preferred)
