Beschreibung

• Develop and execute the delivery strategy for the business unit in North America • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, applications, and customer-facing services from planning through launch and continuous improvement • Lead on-time, on-budget delivery across the portfolio while maintaining client and team satisfaction • Set delivery models, standards, and performance expectations across digital initiatives • Establish and improve technical delivery and governance standards covering architecture, integrations, data dependencies, releases, performance, scalability, security, and operational readiness • Integrate AI and intelligent automation into development, testing, deployment, and delivery management • Establish and monitor portfolio KPIs for speed, predictability, quality, productivity, cost, and business value • Oversee platform implementations, AI enablement programs, commerce and loyalty platforms, customer data and analytics projects, point-of-sale integrations, and multi-site rollouts • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing delivery organization • Manage direct reports and the broader delivery team, including performance management, goal setting, career pathing, and conflict resolution • Partner with India-based delivery leadership to operate a shared delivery model across regions • Raise the technical fluency of the delivery organization • Coach and mentor team members and foster collaboration across delivery teams • Communicate with engineers, client executives, and other stakeholders • Serve as executive escalation point for major accounts and lead recovery plans • Ensure technically grounded estimates and drive consensus on complex technical problems • Partner with Client Partners and Business Development to scope, size, and solution opportunities • Own statement of work review, change request governance, contract risk, delivery risk, delivery economics, margin performance, and forecast accuracy • Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and capacity constraints proactively • Own CSAT and NRR for Delivery-led accounts • Develop client-domain expertise to drive results • Manage staffing, utilization, bench, and capacity planning across the portfolio • Partner with Resource Management and Talent Acquisition to fulfill delivery roles • Use project and resource management systems for data-driven decisions and reporting • Deliver digital transformation services for enterprise consumer brands across loyalty, CRM, commerce, omnichannel experiences, customer data, analytics, product engineering, and AI-enabled capabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/BA in a relevant program, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plus • 12+ years of progressive experience in digital delivery, technology, product, or program management • Significant experience leading complex digital products, platforms, programs, or transformation initiatives • Several years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency environment • Proven track record across a hybrid model spanning agency or consultancy work, product engineering, and enterprise platform implementation • Experience scaling delivery organizations and owning delivery across a large portfolio of concurrent programs • Experience delivering large, complex digital programs (multi-million dollar, multi-year) • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean, product management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and technology-enabled operational improvement • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, customer data and analytics platforms, and commerce and loyalty systems • Exposure to consumer and retail technology ecosystems, including omni-channel platforms and point-of-sale systems, a plus • Experience managing distributed and global teams • In-depth understanding of the digital development process and technologies • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, or equivalent software development tools • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational leadership capability • CSM, PMP, SAFe, or cloud certifications are a plus • Willingness to travel as required • Ability to work in the United States; visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates
