Beschreibung

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow-based financial management solutions, including budgeting, cost modeling, and billing • Translate business and financial management requirements into scalable technical solution designs • Define system architecture, including data models, workflows, integrations, and reporting structures • Apply ServiceNow platform best practices and maximize out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization • Provide architectural guidance to development teams throughout implementation • Review solution builds for alignment with delivery standards and client requirements • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on product enhancements • Advise customers on IT Financial Management, budgeting processes, and cost allocation strategies • Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions • Present technical solution designs and architecture recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders • Guide technical execution with Implementation Managers and Delivery Developers • Participate in architecture planning, solution scoping, and implementation roadmaps • Resolve technical challenges and maintain architectural alignment • Define KPIs, financial metrics, and reporting frameworks • Support and guide User Acceptance Testing by defining testing strategies and validating functionality • Develop and deliver training for administrators, financial users, and operational teams • Lead platform walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and customer enablement sessions • Provide post-implementation guidance for adoption and long-term solution success

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification • 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform • Experience designing solutions related to financial management, budgeting, cost allocation, billing, or cost modeling • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable, actionable terms for enterprise stakeholders • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and application design • Experience designing data models and financial structures for budgeting, cost allocation, and billing • Ability to translate complex business and financial requirements into technical designs • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills • Strong presentation skills for communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience leading UAT processes and customer training sessions • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams • Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced delivery environments • Candidates are subject to a background check • Employees must adhere to brightfin’s Information Security and Privacy policies and procedures
