Beschreibung

• Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in implementation status meetings and client discussions • Serve as the Evive by bswift configuration and data expert for claims data requirements and data interaction with the Evive experience • Manage client expectations, anticipate issues, and communicate clear turnaround times and delivery dates • Consult clients on system and process best practices and changes needed to achieve project goals • Research and recommend system enhancements for future Evive personalization campaigns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver services to bswift and standalone Evive clients • Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements to client service approaches and Evive products • Identify project risks and escalate them to the Implementation Lead • Own implementation workstreams including system configuration, testing, auditing, COBRA and Direct Bill setup, communications, vendor integrations, data conversion, payroll, internal COE coordination, Evive configuration and test user attribution, claims ingestion, secure file transfer, and Auth0 configuration • Coach Implementation Analysts and System Configuration Analysts • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries related to system or process gaps

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (required) • 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience, preferably in benefits or healthcare • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data summaries • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to leverage data for strategy • Ability to make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Ability to quickly absorb and interpret complex subject material • High level of productivity, reliability, organization, accuracy, and thoroughness • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and innovative approach to problem solving • Passion for teamwork and exceptional client service • Willingness to travel as needed
