Beschreibung

• Own and run Agile delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews • Manage the sprint backlog with the Lead Product Owner, ensuring stories are scoped, estimated, and development-ready • Track sprint progress, identify risks and blockers, and resolve or escalate them • Manage delivery commitments by monitoring velocity, capacity, and scope • Own release management across development, QA, DevOps, and Solutions • Manage platform-level release impacts across tenant environments and coordinate client communications • Act as the primary delivery-side client contact, managing escalations and communicating delivery status and release timelines • Coordinate client onboarding, including platform environment provisioning, testing, and handover • Support and lead the team day to day by removing friction and facilitating communication • Report on delivery progress, quality metrics, and risks for internal stakeholders and clients • Manage cross-team dependencies and participate in Scrum of Scrums where relevant • Actively manage RAID throughout delivery • Collaborate with the Lead Product Owner on roadmap planning and sprint plans • Build working knowledge of insurance and InsurTech client environments • Contribute to continuous improvement of Buckhill’s delivery framework • Monitor and report client satisfaction indicators and feed insights into backlog prioritisation • Use AI for sprint reporting, meeting summaries, documentation, backlog hygiene, and status updates • Trial AI tools that remove friction and share effective practices across Product Management • Apply AI within internal AI usage and data handling policies, especially for client data

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5 years in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role within a software delivery organisation • Proven experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing delivery cadence across cross-functional teams • Experience managing delivery in a B2B software environment • PaaS delivery experience preferred; SaaS delivery experience also relevant • Exposure to insurance, InsurTech, FinTech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage • Strong people skills and ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse, remote-first team • Comfortable with delivery metrics, sprint reporting, and stakeholder communication • Confident managing competing priorities and making pragmatic decisions under pressure • Demonstrable use of AI tools in a professional delivery setting • Evidence of improving a team's way of working through AI • Comfortable adapting to frequently changing AI tooling • Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM) preferred • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with release management and basic CI/CD concepts is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience • Practical fluency with AI tools for reporting, documentation, summarisation, and delivery work, with sound judgement about limitations and human review • Located in the United Kingdom and eligible to work without visa sponsorship
