Beschreibung

• Build robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack product features with a strong frontend focus • Collaborate with PMs, Designers, QAs, and Platform Core Engineers to ship high-quality features quickly • Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture, backend services, tooling, and the design system • Improve developer experience, performance, reliability, and maintainability across the stack • Write meaningful unit and E2E tests • Participate in discovery, feedback rounds, and design critiques to shape product solutions • For Senior: take ownership across the stack and influence platform-wide decisions • For Senior: drive alignment between design and development and collaborate on challenging UX cases • For Senior: own and evolve the in-house Design System alongside the design team • For Senior: guide architecture and performance decisions • For Senior: mentor and support other engineers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years (Senior) of experience building product applications across the stack, with clear frontend depth • Fluent in TypeScript • Comfortable with modern frontend frameworks • Able to contribute to Node.js backend services • Experience working with Design Systems • For Senior: experience building or maintaining custom Design Systems • Familiarity with unit and E2E testing (Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents) • Understanding of UI/UX principles • Ability to build elegant, accessible, and usable interfaces • Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn loosely defined ideas into working software • Experience in a startup or scaleup environment • Nice to have: previous exposure to fintech or highly regulated domains • Nice to have: experience with zod or other form validation tools • Nice to have: experience with data visualisations such as tables and charts • Applicants must currently reside in Spain or Portugal and have the legal right to work there
