Beschreibung

• Build robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack product features with a strong frontend focus • Use modern frameworks and the in-house Design System • Collaborate with PMs, Designers, QAs, and Platform Core Engineers • Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture, backend services, tooling, and the Design System • Improve developer experience, performance, reliability, and maintainability across the stack • Write meaningful unit and E2E tests • Participate in discovery, feedback rounds, and design critiques to shape product solutions • For Senior: take ownership across the stack and influence platform-wide decisions • For Senior: collaborate on challenging UX cases and align design with development • For Senior: own and evolve the in-house Design System alongside the design team • For Senior: guide architecture and performance decisions • For Senior: mentor and support other engineers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience building product applications across the stack for the Senior level • Clear frontend depth • Fluency in TypeScript • Comfortable with modern frontend frameworks • Able to contribute to Node.js backend services • Experience working with Design Systems • For Senior: experience building or maintaining custom Design Systems • Familiarity with unit and E2E testing, including Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents • Understanding of UI/UX principles • Ability to build elegant, accessible, and usable interfaces • Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn loosely defined ideas into working software • Experience in a startup or scaleup environment • For Senior: ability to take ownership across the stack and influence platform-wide decisions • For Senior: ability to drive alignment between design and development • For Senior: ability to guide architecture and performance decisions • For Senior: ability to mentor and support other engineers • Legal right to work in Spain or Portugal • Availability to work remotely and travel to Berlin or other locations for quarterly team events
