• Engage prospects and clients through phone, video, and digital communication • Qualify opportunities and identify client needs through initial conversations • Present Virtualite’s services and recommend tailored solutions • Support account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and account notes in CRM tools
🎯 Anforderungen
• Experience in sales or account management is a plus but not required • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and services quickly
