Beschreibung

• Oversee the entire recruiting process lifecycle for Commercial and Medical Affairs roles • Work closely with the recruiting team, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and hiring managers • Pre-screen resumes, conduct candidate evaluations, and schedule interviews with hiring managers • Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools to actively recruit passive candidates • Promote and drive the adoption of established best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding • Develop innovative sourcing strategies for challenging positions • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with government regulations and organizational policies • Stay updated on industry trends in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience recruiting in the Biopharma industry across multiple functions • Proven experience in recruiting for oncology and hematology positions • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong partnering skills • Proven ability to execute assignments with a focus on results and accountability • Extensive experience in leading recruitment initiatives and developing effective recruitment strategies • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and technologies such as Workday, Hired Score, and Gem Sourcing is highly preferred • Experience working in a global environment and understanding the nuances of recruiting in an international context
