Beschreibung

• Lead stewardship activities for assigned R&D data domains and data products • Ensure data is well-defined, discoverable, appropriately governed, quality-assessed, and fit for intended use • Interpret R&D business processes and data flows and translate them into governed metadata, business context, and quality controls • Determine authoritative data sources and resolve conflicting interpretations with Data Owners and SMEs • Implement stewardship standards, workflows, governance metadata, CDE practices, and FAIR data principles • Curate and quality-review business terms, definitions, aliases, taxonomy, CDEs, classifications, ownership, permitted use, and descriptions • Drive catalog completeness and consistency in Informatica CDGC • Lead data-product readiness, certification, publication, lifecycle review, and recertification in Informatica Data Marketplace • Perform and review complex data profiling, including patterns, keys, anomalies, referential checks, and cross-table relationship discovery • Define data-quality rules, thresholds, severity levels, and monitoring expectations • Investigate, disposition, analyze root causes, and coordinate remediation for significant data-quality issues • Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and PySpark for data analysis, validation, and automation • Apply GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows to stewardship activities • Review and validate AI-generated recommendations and establish human oversight • Apply GxP, privacy, sensitivity, retention, data-integrity, and permitted-use controls • Maintain audit-ready stewardship evidence and documentation • Coach less-experienced stewards and lead training or tool demonstrations • Collaborate with Data Owners, R&D SMEs, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Analytics, and governance stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Life Sciences, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver data stewardship, metadata and cataloging, data product, profiling, and data-quality activities in a complex environment • Strong practical knowledge of R&D data domains • Ability to translate business context into governed metadata and quality controls • Demonstrated analytical and technical capability using SQL and modern data platforms • Working knowledge of Informatica CDGC and Informatica Data Marketplace • Proficiency in SQL and Databricks • Working knowledge of Python and PySpark • Working knowledge of REST APIs, Git, testing, and workflow automation • Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted stewardship, and AI-agent concepts • Working knowledge of ontology, semantic data, knowledge graphs, RDF/OWL/SPARQL concepts, data modeling, lineage, and data foundation concepts • Working knowledge of GxP, privacy, data integrity, and regulated data-management practices • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills • Minimal travel
