Beschreibung

• Serve as a liaison with the International Business Office and government entities for arranging travel to OCONUS locations • Coordinate and process Letters of Authorization through the SPOT system • Communicate compliance requirements and updates to relevant personnel • Ensure passports, visas, LOAs, APACS, and other clearances are procured before travel • Coordinate OCONUS travel arrangements and ensure compliance with SOFA requirements and travel policy • Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, Joint Travel Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations, and company policies • Stay current on the Country Clearance Guide and communicate changes • Conduct regular audits and reviews of travel documentation • Ensure travel processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet contract obligations • Identify and report non-compliance issues to Program Management • Update and maintain personal information for deployed personnel throughout deployment or TDY • Maintain accurate travel documentation records and track execution of plans • Track document acquisition status for travel compliance • Ensure proper documentation is submitted for travel claims and expenses • Use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to generate reports, track documentation, and communicate travel requirements • Perform ad hoc program support duties • Assist in developing and updating OCONUS travel policies and procedures • Provide training and guidance on travel compliance requirements • Work with Program Management to develop operational content, SOPs, training resources, communications, and procedural documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum Secret clearance required to start • Strong knowledge of federal regulations and DoD policy compliance related to OCONUS travel • Experience with the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience • Active Secret clearance • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges • Experience with government service desired • Ability to work independently with limited oversight desired
