Beschreibung

• Collaborate across the organization to implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and foster long-term customer loyalty • Forecast sales trends and develop innovative, result-driven sales strategies • Meet and exceed sales targets • Build relationships with new clients and maintain and strengthen existing partnerships • Expand and manage a client database within the assigned territory • Follow up on incoming leads with same-day responsiveness • Stay informed on competitor products and position solutions effectively • Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend events • Manage the schedule and travel independently to maintain face-to-face customer engagement • Operate without direct reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, transportation, education, or healthcare • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Strong communication skills • Collaborative, service-first mindset • Ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits and tailor solutions to client needs • Strong self-motivation and personal drive • Ability to work independently without direct daily oversight • High-energy, results-driven approach • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory • Must reside within Southern Indiana
