Beschreibung

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and virtual consultations • Conduct personalized consultations by phone or video call • Educate prospective customers about LaserAway treatments and tailor recommendations to their aesthetic goals • Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads and build customer relationships • Present LaserAway services and treatment plans professionally • Collaborate with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors on scheduling and patient experiences • Educate customers about financing options and payment plans • Partner with internal teams to resolve disputes and customer concerns • Collaborate with medical professionals to uphold protocols and brand standards • Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented culture

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be located in the PST/MST time zone • High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology experience • Exceptional consultative sales abilities focused on understanding customer needs • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent presentation capabilities • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment • Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts • Ability to conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, texts, and virtual meetings
