Beschreibung

• Facilitate loan funding and construction disbursements • Assist with closing and post-closing responsibilities • Manage GL loan document files and ensure accurate, timely upload to Synergy • Coordinate Secondary Market sale packages and reconcile them with accounting • Track due diligence items for USDA, FSA, Portfolio, and CF loans • Coordinate loan fundings according to settlement instructions • Coordinate construction loan disbursements according to loan documents and draw packages • Complete weekly Loan Funding Reports for Government Lending and Portfolio loans • Complete monthly delinquent tax reports and monitor CoreLogic for updates • Serve as dual control for Portfolio Escrow and balance the DDA daily • Complete loan boarding reviews for GL loans • Coordinate clearing of GL collateral and document exceptions • Ensure core system collateral tabs are accurately completed • Coordinate collateral release documents and default letters • Liaise with deposit, insurance, leasing, and treasury teams • Back up management of good faith deposit funds and disbursements, maintaining logs and reconciling weekly • Complete daily General Ledger Reconciliation when needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate degree in a relevant area of study such as real estate, business administration, accounting, or finance, or equivalent related industry experience • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in government lending, SBA/USDA, and commercial lending • Experience in audit or accounting areas of a financial institution preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Suite • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present information one-on-one, define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Organized and detail oriented • Knowledge of SBA/USDA and government-guaranteed lending • Knowledge of commercial, consumer, and portfolio lending • Knowledge of basic accounting • Knowledge of legal and closing documents, insurance documents, construction documents, appraisal documents, and environmental documents • Ability to travel within a defined market area • Experience with Jack Henry Silverlake Core Processing System, SageWorks, and LaserPro is a plus
