Beschreibung

• Serve as the strategic technical anchor for the most critical customer accounts • Lead workshops aligning stakeholders from CISOs to Data Engineers • Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to ensure successful value delivery • Guide customers in securing migrations from on-premises environments to Snowflake, Databricks, and major cloud data warehouses • Advise customers on Generative AI and LLM privacy challenges, including preventing PII leakage in training sets and inference pipelines • Guide integration of Databolt into multi-cloud environments using Kubernetes and container orchestration • Facilitate discovery workshops and strategy sessions for CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, and technical practitioners • Collaborate with System Integrators and Channel Partners and enable effective implementation • Identify and align technical decision-makers, economic buyers, and influencers • Translate technical capabilities into business value for CxOs • Conduct technical discoveries of customer cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and regulatory constraints • Design and document scalable implementation plans addressing ingress/egress, latency, and Kubernetes resource management • Act as technical liaison for System Integrators and ensure alignment with architectural standards • Manage hands-on technical proofs of concept • Educate customers on tokenization best practices and compliance requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience • At least 7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software • At least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes and Container Orchestration • At least 3 years of experience with Data Security technologies, such as Tokenization, Encryption, Key Management, or IAM • At least 4 years of experience with public cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • No new employment authorization sponsorship available from Capital One • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology • Preferred: Understanding of cloud migration patterns and the modern data stack, such as Snowflake and Databricks • Preferred: Familiarity with data privacy challenges related to AI/LLMs, including sanitizing training data, model inversion attacks, and PII leakage • Preferred: Experience architecting solutions for highly regulated or data-intensive industries • Preferred: Success leading workshops and presenting to C-level executives • Preferred: Experience managing technical relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and VARs • Preferred: Experience supporting deployments within a customer’s VPC or private cloud environment
