Beschreibung

• Product Management at Capital One requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. • You will be joining a team of innovative product, tech, and design leaders that tirelessly seek to question the status quo. • In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products • 6+ years of experience in Agile product management • Experience as a Product Manager building (0-1) and scaling (through product led growth) B2B cloud-native software products focused on data security, governance, or privacy areas. • Experience building software for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks • Experience with building AI & Data security, analytics, or automation products. • Experience building products focused on cybersecurity, risk, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), or data governance. • Strong knowledge and experience working with APIs and building integrations with Open source and partner products • Strong knowledge and experience with building large-scale distributed systems • 2 + years of people management experience • Experience building a community of users and product evangelists/champions
