Beschreibung

• Assist clients in booking commercial flights, hotels, vacation homes and car rentals • Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online travel tools to book travel and communicate with suppliers • Work with global suppliers to secure the best rates, perks and service • Communicate with clients, suppliers and team members to provide best-in-class service • Select suitable accommodation and transportation options • Check every travel detail to deliver stress-free experiences for members • Anticipate and exceed client needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience at a travel agency • Experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel booking systems • Passion for travel • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines • High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
