Beschreibung

• Shape the future of connected healthcare operations • Build high-scale IoT and middleware systems powering automated prescription fulfillment from order intake to patient delivery • Engineer systems supporting pharmacy counting, packaging, and robotic dispensing operations • Design and build distributed, real-time, or high-throughput production systems • Develop scalable .NET and C# services, microservices, and service architectures • Work with device identity, provisioning, digital twins, fleet-scale device management, telemetry, connectivity handling, and OTA updates • Implement MQTT and gRPC messaging systems • Design for delivery guarantees, message ordering, backpressure, reliability, and high-throughput processing • Apply idempotency, deduplication, transactional outbox, retry, dead-letter, partitioning, and ordering patterns • Build and operate cloud-native systems using Kubernetes, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability • Apply security practices including mTLS, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, secrets management, and threat modeling • Report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture • Travel 50%

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience • 4+ years designing and building distributed, real-time, or high-throughput production systems • Deep hands-on expertise in .NET and C#, including asynchronous programming, performance optimization, microservices, and scalable service architectures • Experience with IoT and connected device platforms • Experience with device identity and provisioning, digital twins/shadow state, fleet-scale device management, telemetry pipelines, offline/intermittent connectivity handling, and OTA configuration and firmware updates • Production experience with MQTT and gRPC • Understanding of delivery guarantees, message ordering, backpressure, and reliability patterns • Experience with at-least-once and effectively-once processing, idempotency, deduplication strategies, transactional outbox patterns, retry and dead-letter handling, partitioning, and ordering • Proven experience with low-latency, concurrent systems • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and observability including OpenTelemetry and SLOs • Knowledge of mTLS, certificates, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, secrets management, and threat modeling • Willingness to travel 50%
