Beschreibung

• Manage the communication of critical and abnormal lab results to patients • Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements • Document communications and follow up on lab escalations • Collaborate with providers to ensure proper management of patient interactions • Educate patients on lab results and necessary next steps in care • Address complex inquiries related to lab results and assist in resolution of patient concerns • Liaise with Clinical Conduct Team to investigate and resolve lab issues • Assist in training and educating the Member Services team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Active RN licensure with a commitment to compliance and regulatory standards. Compact Licensure required. Additional licenses may be required in addition. • BSN or equivalent degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a working nurse, clinical research, medical communications, and/or related field. • Proficiency in Salesforce or other EMR systems for documenting patient interactions.
