Beschreibung

• Achieve the Regional Commercial targets • Implement Allianz Trade E-Commerce target distribution model by managing the team in charge of direct/indirect sales and CSM's • Implement Regional distribution elements of marketing plan • Support the Group Dist & Partnership team with relationship of partners in respective Regions (Banks, CMS's, PSP's, Brokers, Agents, Allianz) • Ability to create the market demand for BNPL, Embedded Finance and Online Sellers • Coordinating the listing of our product in the US • Coordinating the marketing activities with local marketing teams, attending to events, roundtables to increase market awareness for e-commerce

🎯 Anforderungen

• In depth know-how in E-Commerce and markets specifics of the Region • Ability to translate market know-how into new initiatives for AZT’s long term growth • Interest in and knowledge of the E-Commerce in the respective Region and major market trends in Payments, BNPL, Credit Cards, Fintechs, Finance and Banking • Strong knowledge in distribution steering, API/Tech knowledge in general and more precisely with Partners, Sales and CSM teams • Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to internals stakeholders in Group/Regions • Ability to motivate Sales and CSM teams and other stakeholders, monitoring of Salesforce performance • Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiasm about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes
