Beschreibung

• Develop and manage a service and/or analytic product for the applicable business unit • Serve as the primary customer contact for agile, large cross-functional teams and identify product requirements • Translate product strategy and product manager vision into business and functional requirements • Streamline program-priority execution while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of features/components • Manage prioritized Portfolio and Value Stream work with Solution Architects, Business Architects, Product Managers, and other stakeholders • Maintain a groomed and prioritized backlog sufficient for optimal team allocation across 3+ Sprints • Accept completed stories and ensure they are developed, tested, and meet acceptance criteria • Collaborate on product vision, strategy, roadmap, release plans, and stakeholder communications • Represent the product in team or minor-level governance meetings and provide status to leadership • Collaborate with external vendors to align roadmaps, delivery execution, and scope • Use agile program and team metrics to drive success • Write clearly defined user stories and improvement stories • Review, update, and sign off on in-track and regression test scripts • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, Information Management, or closely related field • 3 years experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting or Design Thinking OR in Product Development & Management, Project/Program Management • 3 years experience working with external clients/fostering positive relationships and outcomes • Communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed organization • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Ability to size work for estimation/planning • Ability to serve as product owner for multiple teams/products • Ability to prioritize across stories/resources/teams/products • Agile methodology knowledge • Ability to problem solve while distilling research and applying it to reach a relevant and beneficial solution • Compliance with HIPAA, data security guidelines, Code of Business Conduct, applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and training requirements
