Beschreibung

• Perform Epic application system analysis and design, including requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation • Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting • Support and troubleshoot integrated non-Epic third-party applications • Serve as a liaison between TSG groups, clients, vendors, and Epic modules • Conduct advanced Epic application design analysis, implementation planning, and application optimization • Mentor teammates in issue resolution, issue tracking, and updates to peers, leadership, and clients • Manage assigned projects and meet deadlines • Conduct complex work independently with extensive latitude for judgment • Plan and conduct requirements gathering and detailed design sessions for Epic projects and requests • Analyze client business needs • Develop status reports, documentation, knowledge-transfer materials, and other reference materials • Serve as a professional and technical mentor and subject matter expert • Advocate for department initiatives and processes and facilitate a positive, collaborative work environment • Follow application change-management processes, including reporting, communications, contingency planning, change-event support, and post-change reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong Epic Orders analyst skills; ASAP certification desired • Must already be Epic certified/accredited • Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business, or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree • Minimum of 4 years of related experience • Obtains and maintains a minimum of three vendor and/or industry certifications/proficiencies as determined by management following a primary Epic support application proficiency path • Must maintain a certification/proficiency in applicable Epic module(s) • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work under little supervision, independently, and in a team setting • Flexibility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Must be able to work in a matrixed environment and understand bimodal work principles • Monday–Friday standard business hours, with flexibility beyond standard hours, after-hours on-call rotation, and occasional travel • Candidates must reside in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, or Virginia for remote and/or hybrid consideration
