Beschreibung

• Drive successful delivery, adoption, and long-term value of data products across GCP-hosted data domains • Serve as primary delivery partner for GCP teams, shaping solution approaches, delivery plans, and customer adoption strategies • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders across parts, pricing, sales operations, marketing, service, and analytics • Translate business needs into technical specifications, delivery roadmaps, and product backlogs • Build relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and sustained value realization • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products for pricing optimization, parts availability, lead scoring, external data enrichment, customer segmentation, and commercial analytics • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact • Lead cross-functional Agile delivery teams of data engineers, analysts, platform engineers, and subject matter experts • Ensure data products follow bronze/silver/gold medallion architecture principles • Oversee data pipelines, transformations, and models using SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks • Lead implementation of open lakehouse architectures for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data • Ensure data quality, lineage, metadata management, and governance • Support integration of CRM, ERP/SAP, pricing systems, parts catalogs, marketing platforms, and external data • Partner with commercial, operational, customer success, and engineering teams on strategy, delivery, and adoption • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders • Support pre-sales and solution-shaping conversations to validate delivery feasibility and architecture

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or Engineering and 12+ years of experience in end-to-end product management and production-grade data analytics/data engineering solutions; OR Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or Engineering and 10+ years of such experience • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience designing, developing, and implementing open lakehouse architectures and medallion-based data products • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA • No visa sponsoring available • Preferred: experience with AWS and Snowflake; familiarity with GCP AI/ML capability • Preferred: proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks • Preferred: knowledge of data governance, data quality, lineage, cataloging, metadata management, and access controls • Preferred: experience integrating, modeling, and transforming data from enterprise systems such as SAP • Preferred: understanding of commercial and operational analytics, KPIs, funnel metrics, pricing structures, customer lifecycle analytics, and performance measurement • Preferred: familiarity with machine learning workflows, AI-enabled data solutions, and MLOps practices • Preferred: ability to translate business objectives into data product requirements across multiple functional areas • Preferred: experience leading cross-functional initiatives, prioritizing workstreams, and communicating with business and technical audiences
