Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end product strategy and delivery for a core area of Catchafire’s marketplace platform • Shape and scale the platform connecting pro bono professionals with organizations • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and inform roadmaps, backlogs, documentation, user stories, flows, specifications, and test plans • Partner with design and technology leads, participate in running agile sprints, and deliver on timelines • Track feature performance against benchmarks and business goals using analytics • Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning to improve the product and team workflows • Introduce AI tools and workflows and build team fluency through shared practices • Shape AI capability within the broader platform roadmap • Translate technical tradeoffs into business terms and partner strategically with engineering and leadership • Report directly to the VP of Engineering

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with marketplace platforms and/or B2B enterprise software • Comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems, building systems, and shipping without heavy process scaffolding • 5+ years in product management • Strong data-driven prioritization, systems thinking, structured problem solving, and roadmap development • At least one successful product launch at a growth-stage startup • Technical fluency and ability to work effectively with strong engineering teams • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, shipping, or iterating on AI or ML-powered product features • Clear judgment on when AI is and is not the right solution • Fluency using AI tools for research synthesis, specification writing, prototyping, and data analysis • Experience with large, strategic, or enterprise-level partners • Comfort presenting product strategy and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders • Experience running agile sprints and improving team velocity and collaboration • Strong qualitative and quantitative research aptitude • Hands-on experience with SQL, PostHog, FullStory, or Google Analytics • Fast learner with a track record of executing in fast-paced environments • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
