Beschreibung

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization • Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and user research • Design customer journeys, service blueprints, and operational workflows • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, roadmap reviews, and planning sessions • Develop business cases, adoption strategies, and executive communications • Partner with engineering, architecture, AI/ML, governance, and business teams • Monitor adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs • Drive continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives • Support future Federal initiatives involving product strategy, customer discovery, service design, platform adoption, Agile delivery, and digital transformation • Develop innovative solutions that improve customer experiences and support federal missions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Design, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation • Strong Agile delivery experience • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, Design, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline • Experience gathering business and user requirements through stakeholder engagement and discovery activities • Experience working within Agile delivery teams • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations when developing solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with product management, product strategy, product roadmaps, product ownership, product discovery, backlog management, user story development, feature prioritization, or MVPs highly desired • Experience with human-centered design, service design, design thinking, user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, persona development, or customer experience highly desired • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, or continuous improvement highly desired • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or Lucidchart highly desired • Experience with digital transformation initiatives, business process improvement, change management, or data-informed product decisions • Federal consulting experience • Experience supporting VA, DoD, DHA, CMS, HHS, or other federal agencies • Active Public Trust or Security Clearance, or ability to obtain one
