Beschreibung

• support the performance of construction and real estate accounting outsourced engagements • managing and delivering timely and accurate accounting services • managing onshore and offshore teams to provide transaction processing, month end close, financial statement preparation • play a key role in expanding our accounting advisory services • plan, manage, and perform a variety of engagements including but not limited to overseeing daily accounting services • assess and evaluate client accounting challenges, develop tailored advisory solutions • provide status updates to client leadership • mentor and develop associates by providing continuous feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• deep construction and real estate accounting experience (required) • 5+ years’ experience in construction accounting • CPA (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required) • excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal skills • executive presence • proven ability to lead and develop team members • effective oral and written communication skills • demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within project budgets • experience working with offshore teams a plus • knowledge of professional standards and regulations • prior experience with internal controls including documentation
