Beschreibung

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders • Determine and allocate project resources, including time, money and personnel • Develop detailed project timelines with milestones and deadlines • Set up the original project budget for each labour and expense category • Forecast project costs as work progresses • Track spending and monitor financial performance against the approved budget • Prepare financial reports on project budget status • Create baseline schedules aligned with the initial budget • Maintain schedules by updating actual and planned activity dates • Report schedule progress based on milestones relative to the baseline • Provide regular stakeholder updates through meetings, emails and reports • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into project plans • Resolve stakeholder conflicts and issues • Identify, mitigate and monitor project risks, adjusting plans as necessary • Delegate tasks based on team members’ skills and expertise • Monitor team performance and provide support and guidance • Collect and analyze project performance data, including task completion rates and quality metrics • Prepare and present detailed project progress reports to stakeholders • Perform various other duties and responsibilities • Ensure in-scope, on-time and on-budget delivery of identification system solutions for state government customers in the United States

🎯 Anforderungen

• Legally eligible to work in the United States • Fluent in English (speak, read, write) • Ability to travel approximately 4–12 weeks per year • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or similar), or Business, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and additional years of work experience • Knowledge of IT systems, including infrastructure/applications, supporting technologies and methodologies • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and resource allocation • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Microsoft Project and Jira • 8+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects • Critical thinking skills • Interpersonal skills • Adaptability • Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master or ITIL certifications • Preferred: Experience managing IT projects in both the private and public sectors • Preferred: Business acumen
