Beschreibung

• Assist partner station development staff by researching and resolving donor issues submitted through the case management system • Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns and tracking pledge program performance and success • Facilitate fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you gifts and pledge acknowledgements • Assist other Fundraising Operations teams with special projects and day-to-day operational needs • Maintain data quality and integrity within the CRM system • Create donation forms to support partner station fundraising initiatives • Work collaboratively with internal technology, marketing, and client services teams • Perform occasional overtime/after-hours work to meet critical deadlines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to work well with others in an inclusive and open environment • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve within a technological framework • Commitment to learning and adapting within a fast-paced office environment • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus • Non-profit or non-profit-related experience through internships or college coursework is a plus • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
