Beschreibung

• Work closely with the AI Director to drive new major initiatives within the AI R&D Team • Serve as a bridge between East Coast and Europe time zones across AI R&D teams and projects • Align and motivate the team toward clearly defined goals • Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results • Unblock others by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and queues and fostering incremental delivery • Project manage AI initiatives while balancing resource, scope, and time constraints • Identify risks and establish mitigation plans • Improve production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering • Foster and maintain relationships with key external partners • Advocate for actionable improvements and challenge the status quo with bravery and innovation • Gather, acknowledge, and respond to internal feedback, adjusting processes and approaches as necessary

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software project management experience • 3+ years in a leadership role • Experience with the full cycle of an AI product, AI research or game development; ideally all • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization • Exceptional written and verbal communication • A high degree of emotional intelligence demonstrable in every interaction • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and rally multiple teams toward a common goal • Highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive problem-solving with minimal oversight • Ability to seek guidance when appropriate • Accountability for outcomes • Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning • Experience with industry project management tools, such as Hansoft, Jira, Confluence, and Office suite • Excellent analytical skills • Comfort modelling and analyzing data • Deep understanding of the AI and gaming industries (nice to have) • Good mastery of the Atlassian suite, Jira and Confluence (nice to have) • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience (nice to have)
