Beschreibung

• Develop assessment and service solutions for CDW customers, including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services, focused on Dell solutions • Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to provide consultative guidance and plan sales strategy • Author statements of work aligned to Dell infrastructure and platform offerings • Analyze technical and competitive considerations throughout the sales cycle • Uncover customer long-term goals and requirements and craft Dell-based solutions • Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal sales, and delivery management • Act as a trusted advisor to drive business growth around Dell solutions • Grow influence in the assigned territory through engagement with Dell, complementary partners, customers, and Sales • Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Dell product families and solutions • Contribute to CDW marketing-approved online activities such as LinkedIn, blog posts, and online publications • Drive outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring • Mentor and coach solution architects on engagement best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, OR 8 years in a technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role • Experience designing and architecting Dell infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs • Experience designing and architecting datacenter and hybrid solutions leveraging Dell compute, storage, and data protection platforms • Familiarity with Dell PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerFlex, PowerScale, VxRail, and Data Protection solutions is a plus • Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft Server, Hyper-V/Azure Local, Nutanix, and Veeam is a plus • Exposure to public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and best practices • Ability to provide tailored recommendations and position Dell-focused solutions effectively • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making • Customer-centric mindset and ability to articulate customer needs • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to design and communicate comprehensive Dell-based solutions • Skill in analyzing complex problems and translating technical concepts for customers
