Beschreibung

• Support the successful delivery of field service projects • Assist with project planning, execution, and closeout activities • Work alongside senior Service Project Managers on all aspects of project management • Collect project information required to scope and budget project deliverables • Coordinate project resources and support resource management throughout execution • Coordinate project deliverables for timely customer delivery • Assist with EF&I project financials, schedules, scope, and quality management • Validate alignment between the Project Sales Order and Statement of Work (SOW) • Build and manage detailed project plans from initiation through completion • Coordinate with Engineering, Deployment Coordinators, partners, and customers to execute tasks and achieve milestones • Maintain project schedules, track deviations, and implement corrective actions • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and management • Facilitate cross-functional communication among internal teams, external suppliers, and customers • Support project management process improvement initiatives • Manage multiple projects within the CGSI customer base as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizen • Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Ability to adjust work schedules to meet project demands, including support for after-hours calls involving overseas projects • Ability to travel to customer locations for key project-related meetings • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
