Beschreibung

• Provide project management and operational leadership for the Marketing Department • Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns and projects • Delegate tasks and manage project production • Set agendas for project meetings and monitor objectives, next steps, and tasks • Ensure projects are completed on-time, on-scope, on-budget, and with complete documentation • Coordinate cross-departmental marketing processes, change management, and process improvement • Track marketing campaign metrics and gather analytics for reports • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Coordinate and schedule meetings • Organize campaign and vendor files • Research and gather resources for marketing projects • Process vendor contracts and payments as directed • Collaborate with the Marketing Team, other departments, and vendors • Stay current with software used to support marketing functions • Attend conferences and other events or projects as assigned • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends • Raise an agreed-upon amount of personal financial support • Develop and maintain a personal support team for prayer and financial support through visits, phone calls, and regular prayer letters

🎯 Anforderungen

• Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ and model biblical discipleship through all of life • Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Management preferred • 1-2 years of professional project management or marketing experience required; three or more years strongly desired • Demonstrated commitment to dependability • Ability to travel periodically to InterVarsity meetings and InterVarsity’s National Service Center (Madison, WI) if working remotely • Prior experience with InterVarsity or other campus ministry highly desirable • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required • Preferred working knowledge of email marketing automation systems such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud • Preferred working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM • Preferred working knowledge of Wrike or similar project management software • Preferred working knowledge of social media platforms • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to maintain accurate records and files • Ability to take charge of tasks and work independently without close supervision • Ability to develop procedures for doing work • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines • Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a diverse team environment • Must agree with InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement: Purpose and Doctrinal Basis
