Beschreibung

• Staff telephone consumer support position in a call center environment for patients, providers, or field team members • Accepts inbound calls and makes outbound calls to patients or other parties based on program requirements • May provide disease process and drug support education per approved call guides/scripts • May provide emotional support to patients and caregivers • Assess patient risk for compliance and adherence to treatment regimen identifying barriers to care and referring to additional support services • Receives notification through various channels to provide information about the product, program, send out information kits if needed, and management advice for any side effects per program business rules • Enter consumer activities accurately in CRM data base as outlined in business rules • Ability to work within and document reportable activities timely and accurately in Clinical Data Base following business rules and defined scripting. • Intakes and reports adverse events as directed • Accountable for being flexible during program developments and with changing program needs • May support on-call after-hours nursing activities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Registered nurse possessing a current license issued by a state or jurisdiction within the United States, and unrestricted in any state • Experience with and/or potential to provide high quality customer service • 3 years nursing experience preferred • Telephonic experience a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to use a computer for data collection proficiently • Must be highly organized and self-directed.
