Beschreibung

• Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of sales tools, processes, and analytics for the global go-to-market organization • Inform the product roadmap for GTM systems and drive cross-functional execution • Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to increase Salesforce effectiveness across regions • Act as business owner of GTM systems such as Salesforce and Gong, partnering with technical teams on scalable solutions • Lead optimization and administration of the GTM technology stack, including automation, usability, and global consistency • Design and implement end-to-end sales processes from lead through renewal • Define, track, and report funnel and sales performance metrics • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility across systems • Oversee CRM governance, audits, enhancements, and data standards • Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations on process, data-flow, and SLA alignment • Deliver actionable insights, reporting, and tools with global sales leadership • Drive business reviews, roadmap communication, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of emerging technologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in Business Product Ownership, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles • Deep experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, and GTM tools such as Gong and marketing automation platforms • Proven track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps in a GTM or CRM environment • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes from lead through close to renewal • Experience building and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards to drive insights • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
