Beschreibung

• Leverage targeted geographic analysis to identify sales opportunities • Engage physician offices and influence key decision makers to route specialty drug prescriptions to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy • Increase orders, prescriptions, and revenue for CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy • Manage a sales territory covering Tampa, Sarasota, and Lakeland • Conduct sales calls with front- and back-office staff • Build relationships with partnering business segments • Provide staff education and information about Specialty Pharmacy medication options • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefits • Analyze sales data and market trends to support business decisions • Attend offsite team meetings, training, and occasional meetings at Humana offices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Flexible, dynamic personality and ability to work well in a team environment • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partnering business segments • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications • Comfortable working in the field 5 days per week within territory lines • Willingness to travel overnight occasionally as needed • Must live within the defined sales territory or be willing to relocate at own expense • Attendance at offsite team meetings, potentially requiring flights and overnight travel • Valid state driver’s license • Driving record subject to third-party background check and eligibility review • Previous sales experience with documented success meeting or exceeding goals preferred • Self-motivation • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Specialty Pharmacy or Healthcare experience preferred • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
