Beschreibung

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Decide product priorities, sequencing, and scope • Take an internal working system from 0→1 to a product customers buy and use • Structure ambiguous problems, make tradeoff decisions, and get products in front of users early • Research how developers and their agents write, test, review, and ship software • Find design partners with substantial agent fleets and incorporate their feedback into priorities • Own developer experience, including product trial, configuration, and adoption • Lead launch activities including positioning, naming, documentation, pricing model, and product story • Determine when the product is ready to launch • Partner with Engineering, Experience, Product Marketing, and Product leaders • Keep a small team aligned while the product space evolves

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience on developer-facing, infrastructure, security, or similarly technical products • Experience building agent tools, such as coding agents, agent frameworks or harnesses, MCP servers, eval systems, or model-driven developer tooling • In-depth knowledge of CI, including builds, tests, caches, runners, artifacts, and merge gates • Experience taking a technical product from early idea through launch and iteration • Judgment about product scope and prioritization • Comfort working with a deeply technical engineering team and participating in design tradeoff discussions • Ability to talk directly and frequently with developers and assess product adoption potential • Strong writing skills • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving area without an established playbook • Nice to have: coding agents in production at real volume or systems that keep them reliable • Nice to have: experience with developer platforms, build systems, remote execution, or hosted development environments • Nice to have: experience with containers, Kubernetes, registries, or other cloud-native infrastructure • Nice to have: experience building developer security products • Nice to have: experience serving individual developers and large enterprises • Nice to have: experience owning a team's CI
