Beschreibung

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of product sales executives across AMER • Set a strategy and operating plan delivering pipeline, bookings, attach rate, adoption, and revenue goals • Manage pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting, target performance, and key sales metrics • Coach consultative, solution-based sales cycles from discovery through close and launch • Partner with Core AEs on high-potential Fraud & Risk opportunities • Engage in strategic opportunities, build executive relationships, shape commercial strategy, and help win deals • Develop scalable sales motions for new business, expansion, and strategic account growth • Build feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Marketing • Inspire and enable individual development and career growth for direct reports • Communicate a plan aligned with Stripe’s strategy and Global Fraud & Risk organization • Improve sales processes, operating mechanisms, and team effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of technology sales experience • 5+ years of people leadership experience • 3+ years of experience in payments or financial services industry • Demonstrated success leading enterprise new-business and expansion sales motions • Experience selling complex, technical, or regulated products through multi-stakeholder buying processes • Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team, and work in a matrixed environment • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, motivate others, drive collaboration, teaming, and resolve conflict between diverse stakeholder groups • High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
