Beschreibung

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images for Public Sector customers • Help customers build securely with open source software across their organizations • Partner with AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support to understand customer vision, pain points, and proposed solutions • Drive account-level strategies, value realization, and retention/growth • Act as “customer zero” by testing and documenting Chainguard Images • Ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience • Convey customer requirements to Product and Engineering teams • Determine prioritization for image builds • Maintain account-level architecture • Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization • Collaborate, teach, and learn from the Chainguard team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients in the Public Sector • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications • Strong experience in Kubernetes, Containers, and modern software security practices • Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or CMMC • Ability to communicate technical concepts to different audiences, from engineers to executives • Continuous learner with intellectual drive for excellence and desire to develop solutions to complex problems • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology • Strong working experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements • U.S. citizenship is required
